It's Russian, just like the previous episodes in this thread.
Huh. I wonder why it doesn't show up that way for me. Russian comes up properly on other sites.
I think sometimes you still have to select the Russian character encoding manually in your browser.
It doesn't come up as Russian for me either. I'm using Chrome as my browser.
I found out the problem. I didn't have auto-detect switched on for the character set, so it was trying to render the page in Windows 1252.
