Jim starts to drink the blueberry milk. It's light blue with a tart taste.
The phone rings and Tifa puts Jim down to go get it in the other room. Jim opens his eyes and realizes he's gotten smaller. He's about 5'5" tall now. The furniture in the room seems a little bigger to him.
He walks over to the mirror and sees in it someone whose face looks like his, only younger. And he has a zit or two, too! Then it hits him... he looks like a 16-year old boy again!
He starts to lift his shirt to discover that he's lost a lot of his muscles, but tifa walks in.
