The car/cyborg driver combo drove over and retreived Jim's body from the rubble of the gas station. As they sped down the highway on the way to the ex-driver's house, Jim's skin went numb. His torso levitated back over his(her?) hips, which connected to her torso with a 3inch wide waist.
She looked down in shock as her skin took on a silvery, metallic sheen, and wondered to herself "What happened? Rick turned me into a busty woman with curves that many girls would literally kill for. Then he dropped the wand and the car and driver melded into some kind of cyborg, which picked me up -- and now i'm becoming a cyborg!"(Cue the Borg theme from Star Trek: TNG)
As the change progressed, Jan(jim?) felt her mind suddenly gain power to something akin to the supercomputer in his(her?) basement. Her skin assumed the quality of liquid mercury, able to change shape nigh-on instantaneously. By the time Jan had realized that she was a machine with her memories, the car had pulled up at a spacious house somewhere in the Midwest. As a crowning touch, she realized that she could converse both telepathically with any sentient being, and in binary-encoded electro-magnetic pulses with computers.
The (now very shapely) driver somehow detatched herself from the car and mounted the steps to the house, signalling for Jen to follow. When they were both inside...
