"Then its time for me to go," You say, your face barren of emotion. Beth's eyes waver for a moment on you. She's a good chick, you think to yourself, Nice tits, lips. Gonna miss her most of all.

Jim walks up to you and hands your weapon, an EMP railgun. Great gun. Your favorite. Nice and flashy.
"Good luck, buddy," Jim says quietly as Francis throws the switch to his machine. You pat Jim on his shoulder and make your way up the steps.
"By my calculations," Francis says in his broken voice, "You should arrive at the same day Melissa recieved her powers. If you take her out. None of this will have happened."
You give your chin stubble a good scratch and nod your head. You arnt afraid. Of anything anymore. The bitch is going down.
The time portal whirls into life, a metal ring circling a swirling pool of vertical blue flame. Odd yellowish sparks spudder from the contact points.
"Thats weird," Francis says, and is slapped up'side the head by Beth.
"You better have it fixed, dipshit," the woman hisses."
"Dont worry about it, Smokes," Francis says, "Im sure Ive worked all the bugs out of it."
Hesitantly, you step through the portal. But something goes wrong.
