Jim decides to ensure that Rick doesn't cause any trouble as he morphs him further. So he adjusts him mentally so that:

1. *Rick doesn't notice any changes but thinks that he/she has always been that way
2. Rick notices the changes but is happy with whatever Jim does.
3. Rick notices and may be unhappy but can't protest or inform other people about it.
4. *Something else.
