Jim, only half awake, fully remembered where he was before his rude interruption. After silencing the alarm, he collapsed back into his new down pillow and felt himself drifting away...
"Hey, what the hell ya do'n?!?!" Future Man screamed in frustration.
...but he could not get asleep. Not with that man making... noise, was it?
"You know," Jim began, "I dont think you should be here. Its time to get Back to the dream..."
Suddenly, he felt a shock of pain across his face and fell back on his bed. Someone else had slapped him. It didnt seem right, almost like it was not supposed to happen. He was supposed to be asleep by now. Dreaming. He NEEDED to be. Ignoring the crazy future man, he layed down on his bed, blood swelling from his lip and tried to go asleep.
"Damn you, fucker, dont you try and ignore me!"
It was tough trying to find sleep with him yelling. Still, he tried to manage.
Suddenly, the world exploded red noise, and there was darkness.

Smokes let loose a deep breath, smoke bellowing from the railgun. He did not want to shoot the legendary Jim, but all this timetravel and apocaliptic future right past episode 44248... it was too much for him.
But how had he changed the universe now that he had distupted episode number 4...? He flexed his wrist, ignoring Jim's charred, twisted remains on the bed. He was still here. The universe was still in tact... or was it? Smokes could only wonder how he could survive this far in the past.
But then...
