Miranda thought about it. After all, for the next twenty-four hours she was essentially a human ‘toon. Perhaps it would be safer to hide out at her place. “No,” she suddenly decided. “I’m a cop, Bonkers. I can’t let a little thing like this keep me from doing my job. Let’s go.”

Together, the headed for the station house. But, it wasn’t long before something happened that made Miranda question her decision.

1. *A door bangs open suddenly, flattening her against the wall.
2. She walks too close to someone vacuuming the squad room, and is sucked in.
3. *She sees a good-looking guy, causing her eyes to bug out and steam to come out of her ears.
4. *She sits on a tack, and deflates like a balloon.
5. *She gets covered in quick-setting plaster that a crew is using to patch the ceiling.
6. Something else 'toonish happens to her
