"So, you bought a computer?" Ryoko asked, leaning over Tenchi's shoulder and using it as an opportunity to hug him.
"Yeah," Tenchi replied, trying to ignore Ryoko's flirtations. "It's used, but I got a great deal on it. It'll come in real handy for my studies."
"It's so primitive," Washu said, looking the laptop computer over. "How about I build you a real computer?"
A large bead of sweat formed on Tenchi's forehead as he imagined what Washu's... unique mind might dream up. "Uh, that's okay. Really. I wouldn't want you to go to any trouble. I know you're busy. This will work just fine for me."
"How about *I* get you a computer?" Ryoko purred. "Top of the line."
"And just how do you intend to do that?" Ayeka asked accusingly. "Steal it?"
"It's what I do," Ryoko replied with a smirk aimed directly at Ayeka. In a matter of moments another Ryoko/Ayeka fight had begun. Washu shrugged and retreated to her lab while Tenchi sighed.
"Tenchi, can Ryo-ohki and I play with your new computer?" asked a timid voice.
"Huh? Oh, sure Sasami. Have fun. I've got some chores to do."
Sasami smiled as she took the laptop and sat down. "Wanna play Minesweeper, Ryo-ohki?"
"Mya!"
Sasami fooled around with the computer for a while, playing with different programs. Then she found one she hadn't tried yet. The opening screen was decorated with flowers and cute animals. The instructions said it was Master PC, the Fun Wishing Game. Type in any wish and watch it come true.
Sasami smiled. "This sounds fun. What should we wish for?"
"Mya!" Ryo-ohki replied. "Myamya!"
"I know what you wish for. Carrots! But we have those in the kitchen." As Sasami thought, the sounds of Ryoko and Ayeka's running arguement reach her. She frowned. "Why do they have to fight so much? I hate hearing them yell." She reached for the keyboard.
