Maybe Felix needs to change other parts of his life that don't relate to sex. More money. Better food. Spacier apartment that doesn't disturb the neighbors with the loud sex. Fancy car. Or... more women!
Well I put that algo mas there for anything you want to add... But either way I want him to make some alterations which complications in his life even though he thinks he is making it better, either by helping Lilly or by messing up the world for him.
