Have you seen the Sheva futa stuff that's around? Some good videos people have made.
I've seen a few, actually i have scenarios for both Sheva and Excella. For Excella basically instead of being turned into Ourboros Wesker takes Excella and turns her into a BOW that's meant for infiltration and able to breed itself an army. Betrayed she goes against him but has to live without her family's support and has to deal with the desires of her new body.
For Sheva was thinking a scenario where she has been infected by a bio-attack not the one that killed her parents but another where the villagers ended up becoming hyper fertile hyper impregnating futa's with the goal, of more or less the first one, though more in the mind of rapid mass production. That being said don't intend for either of them to mutate quite so horribly there have been cases where just because they got a virus they don't mutate so horribly, Albert, Jill, Alex and one other person have proven that.
