Viola and Jim set aside the discussion for now. They both agreed that it was best to wait and see what happened to Blyth first before Jim got too wacky with his tail.
They made a new camp, deeper off the road and next to a small stream. Viola took to the trees to see if there were any other pursuers while Rick did what she had been trained to do on the farm, gather supplies and make the camp comfortable.
Jim stayed near his new doe and could feel the effect of her pheromones working. He'd experienced this before, but nothing like this. His own mind was getting clouded with desire. It got so bad, he had the foresight to warn Rick and Viola to stay away for a while. "I'm not sure whats happening," he explained. "Best wait until it's over."
It didn't take much longer. Blyth woke suddenly, her eyes wild. Jim had planned on speaking to her, asking her if she was part of a larger plan or conspiracy, but words failed. She leaned to the floor and presented herself, and he was atop her like a shot. He pumped her hard, filling her several times, before he climbed off and laid next to her, caressing her body.
When the fog cleared somewhat, Jim tried to ask the doe some questions, but her memories were a mess. She remembered little and had little desire other than to be his mate and bear his children.
She eventually fell asleep in his arms and he laid next to her. He was still horney as hell, but he would wait until she woke before seeding her again. Then he would take her back to Prinle to raise his children.
He blinked. Prinle? No, he was going home. To Prinle. No, that wasn't right, was it? He needed to make babies? He had two other mates. Rick was his by all rights, she just needed to be stung. Viola was willing, had even asked. Why had he refused?
He slid away from his mate. It was time to rectify this.
