"I wish for..." Started Miranda, as she thought about making the reapers humanity's slave. She stopped as she realize making the reaper's slave brought up one problems within her mind. 'Who would control them?'
She didn't trust the alliance, and after Omega 4 she didn't trust Cerberus either. In truth she had trust in three people in the universe. Herself, her sister and Commander Shepherd. She didn't want Oriana involved and Shepherd would not use the Reapers, which left one person she trusted to control the reapers. Which is how her modified wish was made, "I wish for the Reapers to be my complete and willing slaves."
Her memories gain an alternative past, where she had discovered a command code for total mastery of the Reapers. They would now obey every command she gave them through a remote communication device. Yet she wanted more...
The result of the next series of wishes was for the Collector Base and Reaper Tech to be saved in working order. She did this as she knew the Illusive Man and his resources would follow, leading to the next wish.
Ironic given her hatred of her controlling father, she wished for perfected indoctrination for herself and the reapers. Including Indoctrinating all of the crew of the Normandy without their notice. By giving the command of her name or variant "Assuming Direct Control" plus somone name, the word people or Reapers... she gained control of that person, people or reaper A.I. Issuing commands which had to be obeyed. The Illusive Man would try to master indoctrination, only for all Cerberus agents and T.I.M. to be indoctrinated under her command. They would then reverse engineer and spread it... or she could just wish it so.
Miranda wished EDI was programmed secretly to be completely loyal to Miranda and then Shepherd. Which she reprogrammed Legion and the Geth to be as well. So all artificial life was under her command. With those final wished, and the clean up from the battle finished, she had some free time for herself.
Hiding and securing the wishing rock, she said, "Time to test things and have some fun..."
