In a warmly-lit, luxurious room, a feminine figure wrapped in a flowing black robe was reclined in a plush chair, observing several monitors lined up on the wall before her with a look of deep thought. A slender hand went up to readjust the large witch's hat perched atop her thick, chocolate brown hair, one lock of which was draped alluringly over the right of her green eyes, which darted from image to image appraisingly. Finally, her face relaxed, a smile coming to her plump pink lips as the witch known only as Dorothy stood up.
"Ah, those three will do nicely. I can't wait to see what kind of fun ladies like those will have here." The witch giggled, then began to weave her hands back and forth, occasionally gesturing at one of three specific monitors out of the many before her. Within moments, small motes of pink light began to flicker around her dancing fingers and sweeping hands, when suddenly Dorothy's hands flashed a bright pink light, at which point the brunette settled back into her chair.
"Let's begin."

In another universe, there was a large metropolis supported on a large disc suspended high above the ground. Below this disc was the city's slums; a world apart from the luxury above, people that lived down here scraped to get by. One such woman was Tifa Lockhart, the busty brunette martial artist and owner of the bar 7th Heaven. At the moment, she busied herself with washing some glasses, when a pink cloud swirled into existence and engulfed her. Before anyone noticed, including Tifa herself, the cloud vanished, taking her along with it.
In a different universe, there was a kingdom called Sarasaland. A neighboring ally of the Mushroom Kingdom, it was home to Princess Daisy, who despite her status as a princess and her golden gown was a tomboy with a competitive demeanor. But while she walking down the halls of her castle, a pink cloud appeared and pulled her away.
In yet another universe, the time and place was early twenty-first century Earth. ICPO officer Chun-Li had just finished a hard day's work and climbed into her car to drive home. But a pink cloud enveloped her as she sat, pulling her away with her keys still left in the ignition.
All three women instantly reappeared, and in the same location. It was clear that the trio had arrived at the foyer of a rather large and elegant mansion. A hardwood floor stretched across the impressive width of the open room, and wide walls stretched up two stories to a vaulted ceiling. An intricate crystal chandelier hung overhead, and a few eye-catching paintings hung from the walls at about face-level. Two staircases with elegant wooden railings started directly in front of the women, one to the left and one to the right, though both curved upward to lead to the same balcony that overlooked the area where they currently stood, leading from there to the rest of the second floor. A door was placed midway between the beginning of the two staircases, unusual in that it was at least twice as wide as a typical door, and the walls to both the left and right had one wide, arching opening that led to rooms beyond.
"What the...? Where am I?" Tifa looked around, catching sight of two other women that appeared to be in a similar state of confusion.
"Huh?" Daisy eyed her surroundings suspiciously. "What's going on? How'd I get here?" She turned her glance to Tifa and Chun-Li; the two women weren't dressed nearly as formally as she was; both, in fact, seemed to be fighters of some sort.
Chun-Li shocked as she was, Chun-Li kept herself calm. She noticed the others both reacting with considerable confusion. "I suppose the two of you were pulled here like I was, right?"
Tifa and Daisy looked at each other, and then at Chun-Li. Both nodded to Chun-Li affirmatively. The three looked to the rear and saw a large pair of wooden double-doors. "Think that's the exit?" Daisy asked.
Chun-Li and Tifa approached the doors. Each of them patted at the wood with their palms. "Hmm..." Tifa stepped back. "There's something weird about these doors."
"Agreed," Chun-Li said. "Stand back. I'll give them a real test."
Tifa stepped aside and allowed Chun-Li her space. the cop took up a fighting stance, raised a powerful thigh of a girth that made Tifa and Daisy gawk, and struck the door with a kick.
THUNG!
"As I thought." Chun-Li set her leg down and examined the door. Her foot hadn't left so much as a scratch. "This isn't normal wood. It might not even be wood."
"So you're saying we're stuck here?" Tifa asked.
"At least until we find another way--"
"Hey!" Daisy called to the martial artists. "There's a banner here you two need to read!"
Tifa and Chun-Li turned an immediately saw what Daisy was talking about. A large banner had unfurled and hung from the balcony. Bearing a message in curly, pink font, it read:
Welcome, lovelies, to Dorothy's House of Wonders!
My apologies for bringing you here so unexpectedly. Be assured that when we are done here, I will return you exactly to where you had been when I found you. No time will have even passed!
I have brought you here to explore this mansion and its many surprises. Make use of anything you deem fit and have fun!
Don't worry about whatever happens; this mansion won't do anything to hurt you, or anything that you won't be able to enjoy. If immobility becomes a problem, I'll help you out, after I've had my fun, of course. <3

Instead of a signature, there was a large, pink lip print at the bottom of the banner.
"What a weird message," Tifa said. "Doesn't look like we've got much of a choice, though."
Chun-Li nodded agreement. "This Dorothy person is obviously the person that pulled us here. Maybe we'll find her if we search this place."
"Yeah, maybe." Daisy felt uneasy. She hadn't been kidnapped nearly as often as her friend Peach, but getting dragged out of her home by a strange force like this was definitely not normal. And just what did this mansion have in store for her?
