Meant to have Sharon floating, but this works too... I don't know why, but Option 1 could have her with a "different" set of memories, or say memories of the wishes, rather than her actual memories.
I wasn't sure which you meant, so decided to go for both, possibly thinking of "Howl's Moving Castle". Yes, it's possible that Sharon could be left with some new or false memories, but it might be interesting to see how she would cope if she gets her original memories back.
One other thought. I deliberately left it unspecified as to whether Jim remembers their old lives or not. He may be just as much a "victim" as Sharon is, or at the other extreme he might be responsible for the whole thing.

Master of Souls, I haven't forgotten those episodes but, after setting up the scenario, I rather ran out of inspiration on how to take the story forward. Also, I confess that I sometimes find understanding your episodes rather difficult. I would guess that English isn't your main language.
