…She heard a knock on her door.
“Come in.” Kotomi said, not wanting to get up.
“Hey.” Edith began as she came into the bedroom. “I was just in the area and I wanted to check up on…” She trailed off, gazing at her friend’s gigantic middle.
“Impressed?” Kotomi smirked. “I wanted to make it bigger, but I figured keeping it at this size was still somewhat manageable.”
“Yeah… I uh… Jake was driving me home and uh…”
“And uh?” Kotomi motioned for Edith to go on. Edith, in turn, finally tore her eyes away from Kotomi’s middle and continued.
“I have a picture of all of us as my phone wallpaper. You, me, Allison, Sharon and Fertility. I noticed you were a lot more, well, enormous than when I had last looked at the picture. Then I remembered you asking me about the charm and how you weren’t in class after and… wow you’re huge.”
“Thanks. Sorry I didn’t tell you, I wasn’t sure if you would know or not because you had your own charm, and if you didn’t I wanted to surprise you.”
“That’s okay. But yeah, I didn’t know automatically about your changes like I usually do when I use the charm. Hmm, and I can’t will my charm to change your size either.”
“So we can’t use the charms on one another, and we’re not aware of when the other person uses them. I guess that makes sense.”
“At least we know now. Anyway, I just stopped in to confirm, so I’ll head out now. See you tomorrow!” Edith exclaimed, waving goodbye.
“See you later!” Kotomi called back, once again returning to her homework.

As Edith teetered back to Jake’s car, her hands on her sextuplet-laden middle, two thoughts primarily ran through her mind. The first was that Kotomi was absolutely massive right now. The second was that she could be close to, or even surpass Kotomi in size if she wanted to.
She got into the shotgun seat of Jake’s car as reality began to shimmer around her. Being full term with septuplets meant she needed to sit with the seat moved as far back as it could go.
“How was Kotomi?” Jake asked.
“She was good.” Edith said. “I just wanted to check up on her, since she wasn’t in class this afternoon. Gosh though, she is huge!”
“I mean you’re no slouch yourself in the size department yourself.” Jake chuckled. “You’ve got eight babies in there.”
“Yeah, I know. And they’re all very hungry right now, just like their momma.” Edith said, reality still shimmering around her.
“Guess I should get you home then.” Jake smiled as she put the car into drive.
“Thank you, Jake.” Edith said sweetly, planting a kiss on her boyfriend’s cheek. “Oof, and it seems like the nonuplets say thank you as well, based on how hard the kicks are.”

“Kotomi, dinner’s ready!” Kotomi heard her mom call from down stairs.
“Be down in a sec’!” Kotomi called back as she gazed at her reflection in the mirror. She had changed out of her school clothes and into a lacy, baby blue maternity dress that had appeared in her closet. Thankfully, the dress was actually able to cover the whole of her monumental middle. Additionally, while it was a rather tight fit, it also accentuated every one of her curves. All of her assets, from her JJ cup breasts and titanic tummy to her wide hips and big bubble butt were all highlighted as a result of the dress’s snugness.
“Akira better like this…” Kotomi murmured to herself. After doing several poses and making sure that her choppy bob haircut wasn’t too choppy, she proceeded down the stairs to the living room to see…
