"... I wanted to be honest with you. This won't change our relationship, honest!"
Jim opened the door slightly and peeked through the crack. He almost wished he didn't, as he saw Sharon standing before him with worms of various colors crawling across and within her skin. Worms could be seen crawling and falling out of her her ass, her nipples, and even the tips of her fingers. And sticking out of her vagina was a giant blue worm, which Jim guess was the original parasite that infected Sharon.
Jim bravely opened the door. "Sharon," he asked, "assuming you're still the Sharon I thought I knew... what had happened to you?"
"After infecting a host, I rapidly give birth to a brood and consume the body from the inside: bones, muscles, and all organs. Only the skin remains to be used as a 'flesh-suit', allowing the brood to continue seeking out hosts," explained Sharon. "The brood operates on a hive mind controlled by a single queen parasite, which is the blue one you see here. We are able to feel and manipulate every parasite we birthe, which is how we operate in this flesh."
"And what of Sharon's mind?"
"The host's brain is eaten by the queen, allowing it to use its knowledge against others, but we cannot act out emotions and so we appear dull and bored. When I saw you... there was just something about you that drove me to a new sense of being, as if Sharon's brain had spurred an evolution and made us one."
Jim looked a bit curious. "What do you mean 'one'?"
"When I said 'dormant', I meant that everything that was Sharon's mind is now within the queen parasite. In many ways, her mental influence controls me instead of the other way around. Since consuming Sharon, I... WE have developed a symbiotic co-existence in this body as opposed to a parasitic one."
"I'm not sure I understand," Jim said, still a little leery. "But what is it you want?"
"We have gestated a new queen parasite thanks to the knowledge and the intercourse we shared... and we want to give it to you as a thank you," answered Sharon. "But this queen has evolved. Though it will consume you, you will remain in complete conscious control of yourself. Like us, you will become a hive-mind of parasites in human flesh, and together we all can-"
"Rule the world?"
"We were going to say 'live together as equals', but it's ultimately your decision. If you're ready, just say 'Ahhhh'." Sharon arched her head back and opened her mouth wide. Slowly, a large pink worm snaked out from the back of her throat and loomed forward towards Jim, dripping with strange fluid. Entranced by the big pink worm's movements, Jim leaned his head out through the door.
