So, I hadn't added any rules to this thing because I hadn't thought of any yet. But I was going over what's already been written and came up with these, so if this list could be added under the Reality Bender's introduction line, that'd be great :)
1. Anything and anyone can be affected at anytime.
2. The target must be in the user's line of sight.
3. Only the owner of the Reality Bender (Justin) will notice the changes. Everyone else will see this as normal.
4. Even if someone else uses the Reality Bender, they will not notice their changes. Again, only the owner of this device will notice.
5. Reality may adjust to accommodate for the changes. These changes can be minor such as the above third point or can be extreme, depending on the change.
Rule 3 should've read "Everyone else will see this as normal, unless the owner wants otherwise." Oops.

Oh my. Um, basic math, what's 32 - 18? and - 0.75?
Of course, you could just as easily say "She's been 32 for the past 6 years" and probably sell it... ;)
