Well, Anon, I think you're going to like this thread REAL well if that's what your thinking ;).
If you can give more specifics though, I'll try to include them.
Make him even bigger and stronger. Give him an absolutely mindblowing cock. Let him seduce and fuck the guys mother, sister, and crush, at the same time - but not before turning them into huge titted knockout babes who serve his every whim.
First idea that came to my head was that anytime someone bullies Tim (verbally or physically), that person would grow. Similar vein, anytime Tim stands up for himself or someone else stands up for him, they shrink.
Well, given that this is a bully story, I think the focus should remain on humiliating Tim. I mean, in reality it might be likelier that Spike would look at the bigger picture given a wish granting wand and maybe not waste his time with Tim so much, but that seems like it would defeat the premise of the story.
So I vote for #4.
And I think the best way to humiliate Tim is to exacerbate the things he's most sensitive about. Like his girly butt or his whimpiness.

Your great suggestion is ALSO is a point in the story, but unfortunately I won't be taking number 4 next.
However, if you have patience, you can imagine that some humiliation won't be too far behind!

I'm a little confused about the percentage thing. You said it's to ensure "it doesn't overheat and explode", but then you call it "battery-efficient" kind of implying it's a battery meter. Can you elaborate (unless it's a spoiler)?
The reason I'm extra curious is because I... might... be considering taking option #4...
Hey Jack V, sure I'll explain it a bit because others might be confused from me not explaining this enough.
Pretty much, if it hits 100% it stops working efficiently and will start sparking in all kinds of terrible ways (it will be demonstrated after a few more episodes). However, it does cool down after a lack of use, so one just has to be patient and one has unlimited wishes.
Also, and I think this is obvious, the bigger the wish, the more power it uses.
And yeah, any stories are open for other people to use and I'm glad you're interested!
