Nice I was going to write up the third or fourth option from the previous episode but this good too.

Thanks I had an idea for most of the options just finally was able to pick and write out this one. Hope I didn't disrupt whatever story you had going Crazy.
As for them being ninjas already they are and that is what I went with though it wasn't specified when the D20 was found. I guess I did not make it clear enough even with 'years of snacking while studying'.
To that end Adama could you add this 'In fact her lack of stamina and strength almost became an issue until Ino pushed herself to meet the minimum physical requirements while acing everything else. And through the years continued to keep herself in acceptable shape to progress as a ninja so that she would continue to have access the subject she loved to learn more about.' between the two large middle paragraphs.

For future reference I set this thread and most of my Naruto threads post time skip in the Shippueden era so everyone is at least a teenager since in part one everyone would be a [censored] and that would be creepy.
BTW Brickware, what were your ideas for the other options for the previous episode?

To: In fact Ino had done so well back in her years in the Academy the instructors had considered having her graduate early but did not as she was actually lacking in one important area, physical ability. Which almost cost Ino her graduation before she managed to improve her scores in those areas enough to meet the minimum requirements.
And please change: her friend and fellow ninja before she began to change.
To: her friend and fellow chunin before she began to change.
Crazy my ideas for the other options were:
2) Brain drain effect that leaves Sakura an airhead or bimbo and Sakura in a moment of jealousy using a wish to make herself more curvy.
3) For the IQ swap was thinking of having them not really notice much of a difference but they argue about Ino's wish and the genie's interpretation of the wish leading to Sakura and/or Ino both making wishes that change the other. Hadn't been able to think of what those wishes would have been though.
4) Retroactively gives Ino an Edietic Memory so she is called a genius as she learns everything very quickly. However she develops a perverted bisexual side as she clearly remembers every man, woman or body parts, like breasts, ass, etc., she's ever found attractive.
5) Makes Sakura lazy who is still smart but only applies herself when she has to while preferring to eat, sleep, fuck or anything else that makes her feel good but doesn't take much effort.
