"But I guess neither of us could have predicted your curse to have upended your training trip in such a manner," Kasumi remarked in sympathy. "I can only imagine what happened on the last few days of your training."
"Eh... it wasn't all a total loss," Ranma admitted. "I was able to get a grips on several new techniques I wanted to master. And dealing with my changin' body got me to reevaluate how to fight better in this form."
"Oh I see. But I was thinking about how your body would have gotten the attention from some rather unsavoury folk."
"Oh, that. The perverts didn't really chase after me till I started comin' back here. They didn't bother following me into the woods were I trained, and the hot springs already allowed me to bathe by my lonesome, and were good at keeping the creeps out."
"You've got to use the hot springs in private?"
"Yeah, for free too. The place was puttin' together a new and improved women's bath, and by helpin' them out, I got to try it out before the public does."
Kasumi blinked upon hearing this. "You used the women's bath?"
"Well, when I came there for my first visit I was already a girl...."
Kasumi shook her head. "No no no. You turn into a guy with hot water. Didn't you risk being spotted by the staff?"
"Oh that. I forgot you never heard of the waterproof soap."
"Waterproof soap?"
"Yeah. Keeps anyone with a Jusenkyo curse from changing temporary, and works both ways. Rather expansive to use regularly though."
"So you bathed as a girl at the hot springs."
"In private and for free. And if I had to admit, they were the most refreshing and relaxing baths I had in a while. It's definately gonna be popular with the public once it officially opens. Oh... that reminds me..."
Ranma knelt down to rummage through a large traveling backpack on the floor, impressing Kasumi with how the Jusenkyo victim was able to do that without those massive breasts getting in the way.
"What that?" Kasumi asked, as Ranma finally pulled out several sheets of paper.
"Free invites. The folks runnin' the place told me to recommand it to any girls I know."
