Sudden Change: Life + 18 Years

As it turned out, the change that happened was that Krista had gotten older by 18 years, becoming a 36-year old version of herself. So anyone else who Joshua talked to in person would also get older by 18 years, reality changing accordingly.

Now, it turned out he didn't cross paths with his mom Katie, sister Karen, or dad Kirk, so who did Joshua end up talking to, and inadvertently changing, next?

1. Joshua's 42 year-old next door neighbor Linda, with her 3 year-old daughter Mandi in tow, coming to see Katie (largely to brag about how well her genius 21 year-old girl Candice was doing at the local university)... Linda then gets older by 18 years and becomes a tired old bitty, while Mandi also ages up by 18 years, becoming both a party girl bimbo and now the twin sister of Candice, and as a result this has an effect on Candice as well while she's at the university...
2. Same as #1, but Mandi becoming Candice's twin has no effect on her...
3. Joshua's best friend Dinesh comes by and he gets aged up as well, is now a man named Sunil, and claims to be Christine's husband...
4. Joshua's 80 year old grandma Barbara comes by and his power triggers on her, aging her another 18 years to 98, but it seems she didn't have another 18 years in her, so she simply... explodes. Grandma chunks, entrails, and viscera fly EVERYWHERE, making a total mess of the living room, soaking Joshua in bits of Barbara. Apparently Joshua has now learned if you use this power to add 18 years to something that can't live 18 more years, it just explodes... Wait, no. In the center of this of guts is a young girl, maybe about 14 years old, introducing herself as Barbara, but now she thought she was Karen's twin sister. It seems if the power age you past your expected lifespan, it'll just underflow your age instead, and in a pretty grizzly manner too...
5. *Joshua's dog Sadie comes into the room, but then she is aged 18 years, but because she is already 5 years old, and most dogs do well to make it just getting to 12 to 15 years, let alone 23 (5 + 18 = 23), Sadie simply explodes. It's very messy. Dog viscera is EVERYWHERE. Just like above, Joshua thinks he killed his dog, only to discover her reborn, the excess age past her original life expectancy underflowed to the new life, making the new Sadie 11. However this Sadie was... this Sadie, short of her ears and tail, was entirely human, with long brunette hair, and dressed in a green t-shirt & jeans that looked familiar to Joshua. This 11 year old doggirl Sadie suddenly made the bold claim to Joshua that SHE was Krista, seemingly aware of everything and remembering the original reality just like Joshua, but then Karen came in, herself now sporting dog ears and a tail, and while she did call her Krista, she referred to her as her younger sister!!
