While one day out working on her orchard as usual, Applejack was bucking down apples as usual, when she got to a tree that had pink apples.
"That's might odd, pink apples. Bet it's just Pinkie an' Rainbow pranking me again..." she stares at them for a second. "...or worse, one of Discord's shenanigans. Either way, ah'm about to find out!!" She rears back to buck it, and just as her rear hooves tap the tree, it suddenly seems to lose all of its mass, fading away, replaced with a hole, and with Applejack's strong backwards bucking force no longer hitting anything, she has no way to stop herself from flinging herself into the hole.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
Applejack screamed as she fell down the hole, holding onto her hat the whole way down, then seemed to land on some sort of water slide that went on seemingly forever. Finally, after over ten minutes, the ride was over, ending up at a tile floor and a doorway with no door leading to another doorway.
"...Tarnations? What is all of this, an' when did it get under the farm?" she slowly trotted over to the first doorway, and peered through it, but when she did, she felt a warm sensation on her head and mane, the parts that passed through, and noticed her whole head, including her mane and hat was now bone dry. "The hay? This doorway has some dryin' function? Well, I AM soaked to the bone..." She decided to pass through the door finally, and just as she figured, she was now entirely dry. However, after doing so, the door closed behind her, and once on the other side, she saw a wall behind her that wasn't there before. It appeared she was in some sort of... green room.
About this time, a voice said, "Next contestant, please come to the stage. We're ready for you now."
"Con... testant?" Applejack puzzled.
"...and welcome our next contestant, a hard working farm gal from a land called Equstria, meet APPLEJACK!!" a strange voice spoke as Applejack suddenly realized she had been teleported from the green room. Now, she was used to being teleported already - she had been teleported several times by Twilight, Starlight, Discord, Celestia, and that one time by Trixie when she accidentally startled her after finding her sleeping in her orchard, but this time felt different for some reason. The lights came on as Applejack saw the source of the voice had come from a tall nearly hairless ape person, with a platinum blonde female version possessing highly exaggerated features over by a set of 24 cases, and a whole audience of them to her left, as well as a camera crew, and others with headsets like those Vinyl Scratch would wear sitting in the shadows. Based on the way they looked, they looked like the "humans" Twilight described from her trips through the mirror portal, though their skin & hair colors were a lot less varied and their eyes smaller, plus, as Applejack posited, if there were humans, wouldn't that have meant she went through a portal at some point and should be one too, because that's how Twilight said it worked, so... maybe she should figure out what is going on.
"Now, what the hay is goin' on here?" Applejack asked.
The host put his hand over his mic and leaned over to the producers, quasi-whispering, "Good point, what the hay IS going on here, guys? How are we going to work with THIS? She's a tiny horse!! How do you bimbofy a tiny horse?!" The host turns back to the audience and says, "Given that our newest contestant is not even human in any shape or form, the judges upstairs are right now making a ruling as to how to proceed with the game, and will use this game to set the precedent for non-human competitors for hereon..."
The staff upstairs was abuzz, determining what, if anything to do about Applejack.
"Send her back!!" one chubby man screams.
"Can't do that now. She's already here, and even we can't rescind the rule that a contestant has to open six cases before they can leave." a straightlaced woman in a skirt suit states.
"We could modify her form before the contest begins to give her a more human form before the game even begins?" a senior exec responds.
"We could leave her in her pony form, but each bimbo case will gradually give her a more humanoid form, until at 12 bimbo cases she's mostly or all human!!" a pimply-faced junior producer exclaimed.
"Or, we could just be creative for once and actually bimbofy a tiny horse." said a balding middle-aged man in a dreary Ben Stein-like monotone voice.
"Hmmm... All valid choices..." said the executive producer, "...but I think we should go with..."
Back on the stage, the host listens on his earpiece and then elicits a large grin, turning to the crowd. "We appreciate your patience!! Now, we a judges' ruling on the matter of Applejack's physical form, after which, we can actually play... Bimbo or Billionaire!!"
"Bimbo or Billionaire?!" Applejack exclaimed.
"The judges' ruling is..."
