A flash occurred at Shadow Peak High that will be turning all the females there slowly into bimbos. However, this is about the females who WON'T be going to school today at Shadow Peak, but were present at or near the the school grounds, and thus will be in some matter affected by the flash but going on about their business afterwards possibly unaware of their transformation the whole time, possibly unaware until it's too late, fully aware but finding they can't do anything about it, and then there's the one or two that were far enough out and driving by fast enough that they simply got grazed by the light, so who knows how it will affect them.
This is about the parents, the siblings, older & younger, and relatives of the students who either can't, won't, or otherwise aren't able to drive that drop off the students, other staff like the bus drivers that wouldn't need to stay after the start of school, spouses or others that might carpool faculty to school, the one or two homes close enough to be within the flash's blast radius, and the females walking along the sidewalk or in a vehicle riding down the road just on the periphery of the flash's range, barely touching them.
This will be who we will follow from Shadow Peak and observe transforming.
This is the second round of people who aren't students or teachers at Shadow Peak, but could have been close enough to the school when the flash occured to have been affected.
