"But..." Ranma tried to spin around to confront the woman, but found himself forcibly stumbling forward instead as the woman kept him moving forward. "Hey! Why bother personally meeting me then?"
"Because you're the first catch of the new universe," a new eloquent and shrill voice answered. "The Commander always meets the first catch. Myself for instance, and I also thought I was special."
Ranma turned to face the voice and it didn't take long to recognize Kodachi Kuno dressed in a long, black lab coat, open to reveal a svelte body with handful-sized breasts open to the air with black panties just barely covering her pussy. Scanning about, Ranma saw several other women, including two more Kodachi's, three Xian-Pu's, a Nabiki, and maybe a Mousse-chan? All with similar slender builds. He passed he eyes from them to the Lieutenant's.
"Ahh, starting to notice the build differences?" the Lieutenant asked. "Comes with your designation."
"Ranma! This is clearly your fault!" a voice rang out as Ranma turned to look to see Ryouga Hibiki struggling ineffectually against a succubus Nabiki.
"Now, now," Nabiki said. "That one isn't even from the same universe as you... now, let's get started... you were slated to be a fuck-toy right?"

Before he could stutter any further response, the Nabiki lifted a ladle out of a bucket nearby and poured it over him, turning Ryouga permanently into a woman.

As Ranma watched, Ryouga's eyes turned blank and his cries turned progressively from protest to enjoyment.
"All right, soldier, leave her in our care, now, we'll get her situated."
"Right, Processor Kuno," the soldier said, saluting and turning about.
"But I'm a guy..." and that's when the water sloshed over her and she had a chill as she realized that she was once again locked away from her male body.
Kodachi easily manuevered Ranma into a chair and slipped over the restraints, practically ignoring her attempts to resist, then she turned back to the room of various procedures and sexual activities going on.

"Yes, Ms Kuno!" the woman that pranced forward was another Kodachi, though her antler-horns weren't nearly as long yet, maybe they grew longer as they remained demons.
"Right, so tell me what is the process?"
"Of course... of course," the woman said. "First we analyze the catch's potential for different jobs. Then we decide what order of procedures are applied..."
She turned toward a human Akane having her hair washed by a demon-Xian Pu, eyes glazed over and repeating back several statements... "Indoctrination..."
Newbie Kodachi then looked over toward where Nabiki was still fucking the Ryouga-Chan, penetrating her in a new hole while caressing, pinching, and molesting several other portions of the woman's body. "Sensory acclimatization..."

"Of course, mistress..." Newbie Kodachi noted as she turned and started up the machine.
