Very hot. My own personal preferences would dictate Mako as the one to knock up Satsuki, but there's many good options - Ryuko, Nonon, Satsuki 2...
Nonon is my first thought, though a really interesting one would be if Satsuki blames the DJ, making her the one whose babies she's carrying.
