Jim found himself in a small underground room. Just like the rest of the path he followed, there was nothing to indicate that he was at the mall still.
Suddenly, the door behind Jim slammed shut, leaving him in the middle of a now pitch black room. For a moment, Jim was unsure what was going on till a pair of torches lit up against a far wall. There, between the torches, sat a fat, warn looking book.
Jim approached the book, nervous about the room but having become curious about the book. 'The Witching Book' was written across the cover. The book itself looked like it had been around sense the invention of books, it was so old.
Jim, careful not to rip the book, opened the cover and read aloud the first page.
"With in this tome lies a record of every spell, of every potion, of every curse known to witch and wizard sense the dawn of mankind's attempt to wield the forces of magic. Ye who looks with in shall be tempted by the green eyed monster to commit sins of unimaginable horror against ye fellow man or woman. Ye have been warned."
At the bottom, the page was signed by 'Bog Witch Ethal'. Jim, his curiousity peeked, turned to the next page which held...
