Poof! An instant later, Jim realized he'd suddenly become something rather unusual. A glass bottle, presumably filled with ketchup. Liz frowned, and looked at the remote. "Strange. It's never done -that- before..." Pointing it at Jim again, she pressed another button. Poof! Jim was now a powersaw. Scowling, Liz tried again. Poof! A candlestick. Poof! A dictionary. Poof! A steel-belted radial.
The guards, who'd stepped away from Jim, came up to either side of Liz. One of them pointed at the remote. "Try dat one."
The other guard shook his head. "No, no, dis one's the one..." The guard reached over to press it himself.
Liz pulled the remote away. "Stop that, just watch the guy..." She didn't get any further as the first guard made a grab at the remote, and as Liz tried to pull it away, the other guard got his hands on it, and a general squabble ensued. Buttons started getting pressed all over the place. Jim rapidly went through telephone, cumquat, Playstation, king crab, letter opener, garden gnome, potted fern....
Jim, his mind reeling from all the weirdness, steeled itself. Alright, THAT'S IT! GLOVES ARE OFF! The very next time he turned into something self-mobile, he charged the trio, still arguing with the remote. Jim was now...
