4. Put heads instead of arms AND legs (five heads?)
5. On a male body put a complete upper female body (head, torso, and arms) instead of arms AND head, and also replace each leg AND penis with a COMPLETE female body body! That gives him (her/him?) six legs, six heads, twelve arms... and one female body that feels like a dick!
