Gillian and Eliza stepped into the elevator, and Eliza pushed the button for their dorm's floor. The car began moving.
"I think you'll like it here," Eliza said, "Monet will probably be waiting for us at the dorm. She likes dropping in like that."
"Does she do that often?"
"Only during the day. After 6pm you're on your own time. Officially the school is closed, but the RE rooms are open around the clock and Monet's always just a phone call away. She lives on the top floor with the other staff."
"I see," Gillian said as the elevator stopped. They stepped out and began walking down the hallway. Sure enough, Monet was waiting outside their door.
"I thought I'd find you two here," she said. "I brought your orientation packet."
"Packet?"
"Yes," Eliza said, "This thing will be your lifeline. Well, it and me. It has a map of the complex, a listing of all the RE rooms, cafeteria menus, and your goal sheet."
"Goal sheet?"
"You're expected to fill out all the goals you want to achieve," Monet said as she handed Gillian the packet, "That way you always know what it is your working towards."
"That's a good idea," Gillian said. She took the packet and began to leaf through it.
"Since this is your first day here," Monet continued, "I'm giving you and Eliza the day off from classes. Walk around the building, try out any of the RE rooms that you like, and get all your questions answered. Classes begin tomorrow morning. It's best if you have your goals sheet filled out by then."
"What do I do with it when I fill it out?"
