Jim was eating breakfast when he heard a feminine voice in his head say: "Help us."

When Jim had got over his surprise, he thought back: "Who are you?"

"The twelve princesses who you were going to rescue. When you dreamt, you entered an alternate reality. Go back to sleep, and dream, and you can enter our reality again."

1. Jim decides that he must be cracking up, and goes and sees a psychiatrist.
2. Jim believes that it's real.
3. *Something else.
