But not for her boyfriend. On his last job, Tony [for that was said boyfriend's name] had shaken down the curator of the Italia City Museum. He didn't get much green, but the old coot had given what looked like some sort of necklace, with the explanation that it had recently been found in some old Bavarian monastery, which somehow made it valuable. As he pondered the necklace now, Tony began to regret humoring the old man, and found himself wondering what to do with his take.

1. Maybe he could pawn it. It's gotta be worth somthin', right?
2. *He could always keep it for his next girlfriend.
3. Possibly he could take it to one of those PBS antique shows, see what they think of it.
4. Nah, it's too late to think about it now. Better sleep on it.
