Thaheekhnaykth stated "If a non-virgin enters this land, they cannot escape this land by sacrificing their hymen on the Sacred Rod of the Gate to activate their transport home."
"They cannot WHAT?" Jasmine screamed.
"If you look behind you" Thaheekhnaykth replied, "You will see a stone column in the middle of the gate between this kingdom and the Kingdom Of Sexual Perversions. The only way for a person to leave these lands and return to the world they came here from is for a hymen to be sacrificed on this rod."
"But ... but how do men return home? Jasmine asked. "Wait ... you said that you took Riva's virginity. How did she return to Agrabah?"
"There are two ways men can return home." Thaheekhnaykth explained. "They can change themselves into a woman or hermaphrodite, and sacrifice their hymen on the rod - but this locks them in their chosen form afterward, and they can never be a man again. The second way is for a man to sit on the shoulders of a female virgin while she sacrifices her hymen. The person sitting on top will be transferred home, while the sacrifice must remain here. That is how Riva went home - I made amends by changing myself into a hermaphrodite and sacrificing my virginity while Riva rode on my shoulders."
"Is there any way for a woman to regain her virginity? Um ... after using the rod, of course." Jasmine asked.
"Not any that I have ever heard of." Thaheekhnaykth replied. "The hymen has such an important ritual value that it would be difficult to summon enough power to replace one that has been lost. You could check with the wizards and sorceresses in the city - one of them might know of a ritual that would work. Or you could search the Hall Of Literature for a spell - although you should get some training in magic before trying to cast such a powerful spell."
"The Hall Of Literature!" Jasmine exclaimed. "Where is it? That's where Riva said I had to go to get her spell book."
Thaheekhnaykth stated "The Hall Of Literature is located in the Queen's Palace, which is that big building to the right of the city. You will not have time to reach the palace today before the gates are closed for the evening, but you can stay in the city or a farmhouse tonight, and visit the palace tomorrow. If you do not mind waiting until the end of my shift, I could escort you to the city and find you a place to stay for the night."
Jasmine stood and thought about what she should do. If she started immediately and ran as fast as she could, she might make it to the palace before the gates were locked - but it could take days of research there to find the spell she needed to restore her Aladdin-claimed virginity (if such a spell even existed). She would probably need a place to stay in the city while she was searching the library - but how would she pay for it? (All she had on her were four breasts, a pair of slippers, and the robe she had borrowed from Riva.) Perhaps she could stay for free in a farmhouse - or she could accept Thaheekhnaykth's offer, and see if s/he could help her out. And what if she couldn't find a spell in the Hall Of Literature - would one of the city magicians help her out, or would she have to find a volunteer like Riva did?
