Click. Click, click, click.
"This thing's broken."
"Geeeze, Katie. For the school brain you are such a complete ditz. Gimme that. The safety is probably on."
"If it has a safety we probably don't want to mess with it Tiff."
"Chicken." SNAP! "There we go. It's a little sticky, but it's been sitting around for months. What the hell are all these options?" Tiff screwed up her face as though she were sucking on a lemon and set the options dial almost at random.
"A phased plasma pulse-laser in the forty watt range...." She raises the weird gun and levelled it at Katie.
"Hey Tiiiiifff!"
Tiff sighted just like her gun nut uncle taught her to.
"Tiiiif!"
Tiff squeezed off a three round burst smooth as silk then stared in awe because the gun actually fired something. "Omigod. KATIE!"
Electricity ran over her friend's body, playing back and forth in blue arcs like in Star Wars. Katie stood and shook like she was having a seizure. Or was being electrocuted. The lightbulb illuminating the lab exploded then the lightning was gone and she fell to the floor.
Tiff had her cell phone out and was dialling 911 when she heard Katie move. The phone dropped.
"Katie! Omigod, I'm so sorry!"
"Tiffany, I'm ok, I think, but I am ROYALLY pissed off." Katie pushed herself up off the floor, and into a sitting position. In the dim light Tiff could see something was wrong. Katie could feel exactly what was wrong, no not wrong - just different - from the moment she lifted her upper body.
"No-cans, huh?" said Katie, experimentally poking a large breast. "If these aren't double D it's because they are bigger."
She stood up and moved into one of the rays that came though a boarded up window. She was stacked. Way more than Tiff. Way more than any girl in the school, Katie's Wilkins High shirt barely containing the straining orbs. Her nipples were long, hard, and as she touched one she noted extremely sensitive, dents in the stressed fabric. Her torso seemed to have grown a little to compensate for the size of her chest granting the illusion of curvature on her previously flat body.
"Gimme that." Katie grabbed the Wish-Ray from the floor at Tiff's feet. "God, you have no idea how sensitive these are. I'm getting totally horny from just the bouncing."
Zap! Tiff shook under the lightning.
