Moving quickly, he moved the four inside, and then made an understandable mistake.
Without Soun's help (he was still crying and helpless) he should not have known which bedroom to place each of the girls in. He nonetheless was able to put each of the three Tendo girls (or technically al'Saotome as each was now HIS) in their respective bed.
Kodachi was more problematic. He could remember the weird/scary Kuno girl, but he'd just gotten pretty sufficient evidence that he'd not been thrown along the same past. She also looked vulnerable - something that Ranma could not ever remember being the case with the original Kodachi.
HIS room was out. He automatically placed the other spare room as Happosai's even though Happosai wouldn't show for several months yet.
Finally he decided to slip the girl into Nabiki's room, figuring that both had their scary moments and if anyone could handle Kodachi it would be Nabiki. Even if Nabiki wasn't exactly a morning person.
That situation resolved, Ranma decided
