Jim was reeling from the pain and exhaustion of childbirth, looking at the huge mess on the floor. still, he'd survived and apparently the baby had too because the pink little tyke was crying loudly. Jim weakly picked it up in the towel he had wrapped it and made soothing noises. "There there, daddy's here" Then the baby opened its eyes and smiled at him.
Before Jim could react, the babys tiny shriveled arm reached up behind its nice and there was a zipping noise. Jim had to drop the burden as it grew heavy and watched in horror as two halves of the baby fell away like a shed skin, revealing a fully grown man as developed and muscular as an adonis. The man flexed and stretched and gave Jim the same smile the baby had."Thank you father. As a reward, I will make you my first follower" The man walked over to Jim who was still stunned from what had happened and feeling awkward at the naked man. "Don't be afraid" said the man.
Jim was too weak and too shocked to do anything as the goilden-haired man reached behind Jim's neck, to his real neck even and opened it as if it was a skinsuit too. The newly born godling pulled and Jim's patchwork man/woman form came apart like a skinsuit and fell off. Jim felt himself growing and changing instantly, and when the Jim suit pooled on the floor there was a tall goldenhaired woman standing there completely naked, her voluptous form the ideal of femininity just as the man was the epitome of masculinity.
