RORC/RDG: Reaity Change Shield

Frederick decided to work on building the reality change shield device that he had originally planned on making before he decided to use the camera on the bubble ... yeah, that worked out great.

He got to work on it, sitting at his work table. Occasionally, he looked over his shoulder and saw Officer Kerns standing there. Normally, that might be a distraction, but considering that she was guarding him from the thug (who was fortunately still out), he was glad that she was there.

And after several hours, he finally had a working prototype. Now it only needed to be tested.
