I almost want to see a comic or some art for this, but i'll settle for an add on.
I'd love to pitch in on this, but are there any ground rules that would be nice to know about? I know I can get pretty out there when I write, but knowing what limits to set helps.
it's a scenario where the Hermpire ring ran its course already in the ghost zone, or another universe if you go back a bit, and the story starts with this change in effect.
A likely problem I see is that this scenario would quickly go out of control. One ghost starts doing its thing without Danny immediately stopping them and suddenly there's the Hermpire Apocolypse which would kind of spoil the plot.
What if ghosts could only turn other ghosts and not other people (under normal circumstances; Desiree's wishes for example could transform a normal human into a hermpire with the right wording; a girl wishing to be as sexy as Desiree herself, Tucker wishing he was strong like Danny...). Most ghosts can however produce pheromones and/or aphrodisiacs and/or hypnotize humans into becoming impossibly horny and some can make humans sexier/studlier (e.g. eating Lunchlady's food).
Ghosts might also combine their drive for sex with their motivations in life; Poindexter for example may insult the jocks and bullies as a sexy nerd by seducing them, then spurning them to have sex with living nerds while taunting them.
Having sex with Danny or Vlad however could turn others into half-ghost herms like them, making the spread much more managable as well as changing Vlad's plans (e.g. does he/she want to fuck both of Danny's parents? Does he/she spike their food with cum? Does he/she have a small army of half-ghost herms that he/she trained to serve him/her?).
good input I do like the creepy element that the afterlife has been subverted.
perhaps pure ghost cum only converts the soul, leaving the body agonizingly untouched.
