After a few minutes, Ms. Mandness started to fidget on her lounge chair. She was reading an e-reader. She started looking annoyed and squirming on her butt. Soon she was biting her lip and fidgeting even more.
Jim smiled and nearly leaped for joy. He ran downstairs and next door. He collected himself, took a deep breath and entered his MILF neighbor's backyard. "Excuse me, Ms. Mandness, but do you have any eggs I can borrow?"
Miss Mandness looked over at Jim. She never liked the creepy boy from next door, though secretly she loved the way he ogled her; it stroked her ego, and she loved to strut in front of him. "Oh, hello, Jim. Um, yes, I think I have some eggs. Let me get them." She got up, squirmed a bit on her feet, then walked into the house.
Jim waited, and Melissa came back with a carton of eggs. "Brand new. Full dozen Grade A cage free." She looked at Jim for a moment then blushed.
Jim guessed what was on her mind. "How can I ever repay you?" he asked, taking the eggs and looking his sexy neighbor in the eye.
