"Please have a seat, it's kind of a bizarre story how this happened." Jim obligingly sat down on the small couch, Sabrina taking up the other side with her new figure. "So remember how I have allergies to pollen and I hadn't been able to go outside much?" "Yeah" Jim responded quietly, as he drank in the wonderful figure of Sabrina. Her jeans seemed painted on, her legs seemed more muscular yet still soft under the denim. He still couldn't figure out the size of her breasts, they fit her frame well but they still seemed so foreign to him! Her hands were waving around describing her story, and Jim noticed to ebb and flow of her new assets with her movements.

"...and I was in this beautiful scenic town in the mountains, it had been raining since I had started there and then the clouds just opened up and it looked so nice outside, I just had to go enjoy the scenery! I went for a run and found a trail through the town and into the meadows near the farms, when I got a serious allergy attack. I had thought the rain over the past weeks had washed out the pollen, but the trees must have gone dormant for that time because they were now in full effect! I stupidly didn't think of bringing any kind of epi-pen or anything, and my throat started swelling up! I ran back into town and burst into the local clinic, scaring some patients as I was turning blue and pointing to my throat. The doctors gave me an emergency tracheotomy and I was knocked out for some time. See the scar?" She leaned towards Jim and pointed to a very small line in her throat, Jim thought it must've healed quite well, he could hardly see it, but he was also distracted by the dark cavernous cleavage just a few inches away from him.

"So I woke up with an iv in my arm and my throat felt very sore, apparently I had been out for over a two and a half days! A nurse came in and explained what happened, what normally could have been a regular incision for the tube had actually caused a laceration on my thyroid gland, and they had to do some additional work to make certain the gland would heal properly, so they said I'd have to stay in the hospital for about a week. Luckily my job was ok with this, and insurance covered it, so I stayed in. They did blood work on me every couple of hours, but nothing else really happened. I was starving but they had said I couldn't take anything down my throat for another day, but I guess my blood sugar was low so they gave me extra fluids.

About the third day in they told me that there was a complication, in that it looked like some sort of hormone level was out of whack. I asked for the details, saying I knew a bit of biochemistry, and they started talking about seeing higher levels of TSH, or throtropin-releasing hormone. Apparently there's a negative feedback loop that occurs with the thyroid gland and the hypothalamus, where this hormone thyroxine, they call it T4, is seen at certain levels in the blood stream, and when it gets too low TSH production ramps up. They said my gland got lacerated, and I guess it got more damage than they thought, so this TSH hormone caused more T4 and T3, a more potent hormone called triiodothronine, or something like that, to enter into my system. This stuff is serious, affecting my metabolism, body temperature, heart rate, and even growth and development processes. So they kept a nurse on me 24/7 as opposed to before, checking my heart rate and body temperature too. At one point it got too high, so they said they were going to kill two birds with one stone, a bad metaphor I thought, and they were going to give me radioactive iodine to see how the thyroid gland looks via xray. They said the iodine also works as an inhibitor for the TSH production, but they just needed my consent, I guess they can't do more than one procedure or something without it.

Anyways, that whole thing went through, and they said my system started to look fine, but I was freaking starving! I asked if I could eat again, and they said yes, and I went through 8 of those hospital meals! I felt like a pig but I just couldn't satiate my hunger. They told me that was normal given the circumstances, and that I would be able to go home after another day. My appetite stayed high the following day, though not nearly as much, I ate at least two meals at breakfast lunch and dinner, then requested a late night meal before sleeping. The funny thing was, it looked like i hadn't gained anything! I finally got out of the hospital, and got a hold of my work telling them I'd start again the following day..."

While Sabrina talked, Jim himself started to feel hungry, he hadn't eaten all day! But just watching Sabrina move around, seeing her beautiful face and watching her new bust jiggle with her movements made Jim reserve his request until she finished her story. "So getting back to the hotel, I felt exhausted and hungry. I got something to eat and just passed out for a good 12 hours! waking up for work, I started getting on my clothes, which felt tight, I knew those meals were going to catch up with me and the day went fine. But the next day I got a terrible migraine, it was awful, and I called up the hospital explaining the situation. The told me to come in again, and the did more blood work. It turned out the TSH hormone was back in production! They told me that I'll have to go on some medication for a while, but that I shouldn't be surprised of weight gain, lethargy, and a whole host of other side effects. Passing this back to my work, they told me I should take a mandatory weeks' vacation, and left it at that. I was pissed off but I guess I'm glad they let me keep my job. So I just took the meds, and slept and ate and slept an ate for 7 days straight, nothing else.

It was amazing! I never felt more relaxed in my life, just lounging in pajamas all day, watching tv, reading books, didn't even bother going outside, just wandered down to the hotel restaurant in my jammies and got food and coffee there. But after the fourth day, I noticed even my pajamas were kind of tight around my chest, and my breasts definitely seemed bigger than before. I took a look at myself in the mirror and I just seemed, overall, bigger! It was weird and freaky, I called the hospital and they told me that one of the side effects can be slight growth, nothing more than an inch, just keep taking the medication. I was definitely concerned, but I also felt so, i dunno, rejuvenated! I felt like I could run for 100 miles straight. But the vacation finally had to end, I started working again and things just became run of the mill. Over the next couple weeks I did have to get a new bra, and one pair of my favorite heels didn't fit me anymore, but everything else seemed fine.

The project finally ended and I headed back here for another one starting up. But then serious issues started occurring when I got back. These ladies" she pointed to her massive mammaries "ballooned out, it was just crazy, but what was even weirder was that my back didn't hurt at all, like I was getting stronger. I started freaking out, everything started to fit really tight, my jeans, my shoes, even my pajamas. So I went to the emergency room, It pretty much ended up being the same thing as before, but seriously ramped up. They told me I'd have to do some chemo just to get things balanced out, so I lost almost all my hair and felt like crap again. But apparently it finally stopped the problem, the doctors told me I'd be fine, and that I was very healthy, I shouldn't have any more problems, just take the same medications as before for another week and that should be it. So that was just two weeks ago, and now I'm fully recovered, with a couple of extra inches in various places" laughing and winking at Jim. "So, what do you think? Do you like the new me?" she chirped, seemingly eager for Jim's response. "Well, um...You were amazing before, now you're spectacular! I really like your new haircut too," Jim said as an afterthought, hoping she wouldn't think of him just ogling all her new curves. "Aww thanks, yeah I like it too. So, I was thinking, I'm pretty hungry, and I bet you are too, want to get some Chinese food and watch some movies like old times?" "That'd be fantastic!"

  1. Hmm how about we do something before dinner? A little dessert?
  2. I still have some medicine left I need to take...
  3. They order food
  4. Something else
