As Link waited in the shadow between her house and the cliff behind it, it became clear that leaving her house had been a very good idea. Her height rapidly increased over the next few minutes. Her blouse held up admirably for the next few feet of her growth, but before she reached nine feet she'd been forced to tear off its sleeves, and by twelve feet it wasn't even in any shape to be used as a bra. She'd blown the bottoms out of her boots, and her stockings had met a similar fate. Even her overstretched panties eventually gave way - keeping them on as long as she did had been a mistake, but she didn't want to be completely naked. Her continued growth left her no choice in the matter, and by the time it stopped she was nearly as tall as her house.
Link took a quick look down the hill. Nobody was around at the moment, but her nude form would be clearly visible to anyone who looked up toward her house. She sighed and asked Midna to help her fetch a few things from her house. Sitting down in the training yard with a few spare sheets and coils of rope, she began to fashion some rudimentary clothing while she contemplated her situation. Specifically, she was worried about the pros and cons of travelling to the Twilight Realm and facing Zant as she was now. On one hand, she would be much stronger and harder to injure. Most of the huge creatures she'd fought would have been a cakewalk if she'd been closer to their size. Walking around Hyrule would also be faster with her much longer legs, and she could easily climb ledges to bypass most of the complicated architecture she'd ever. On the other hand, none of her equipment was anywhere near the right size. Most of the irreplaceable magical items she'd found were like toys compared to her now, so wielding them would be nigh-impossible. There was also no way she could fit through ordinary doors (well, maybe if she were to lie down and crawl through sideways), and caves were right out. She didn't even know what would happen if she turned into a wolf - would she get her normal wolf form, or would she be a huge bitch instead?
Before long, her improvised clothing was complete. A pair of sheets wrapped lengthwise around loop of rope made an acceptable short skirt. A second pair hung down across her torso from a rope on her neck. They wouldn't do much if she was moving, but she could at least cover her breasts by staying still and holding the sheets in place. It would have to do until she could break the spell or find something better. Either way, she would have to get over her embarrassment and do something productive.
