The next morning, Kate woke up happily.
Sure, her body wasn't as impressive it once had been with Josh's changes, but she was sure Josh would bet she had changed herself once again. Except she had done something else. Something he'd have a hard time finding, just like he did for her. If he wouldn't guess for her changing herself, maybe he'd guess for a change like he did : a general one, touching the whole world. But this wasn't it either.
Kate prepared for school, like any other day, except she took the dictaphone along with her things and hid it in her backpack. A quick breakfast, a kiss to her family, and she was waiting at the front door for Josh to come pick her up, like every single morning since they met. She wanted to be focused, but her mind was always going away, trying to remind her life as a girl from a medieval word. Strangely, her memories were vanishing slowly, like her mind hadn't space for all the memories of all the alternate realities she had known. Kind of logical, now that she was thinking about it.
When two feet appeared just in front of her as she was daydreaming, looking at the pavement, she looked up and grinned as Josh was here.
"Ready, Kate?"
"Sure, let's go to school!" she said. "Ready to play?"
"Sure! I'll definitely find what you changed today. And I'm almost sure it's about yourself... most of your previous changes were like it, and you're a predictable girl!"
Kate grinned even more. "You're smart! Maybe what you didn't grow in boobs, you grew it in brain!"
The brown haired girl Kate was walking next to, shorter than she was and barely filling her A cups, look up at her angrily. She was still looking like Josh, but more like Josh's little sister if he had one. And Kate had difficulties keeping her serious face, as Josh was now a underdevelopped girl named Jodie.
Kate thought about her change.
"Josh is now a girl called Jodie, less developed than I am, but still as obsessed with boobs as Josh is."
Let's see how you deal with your boobs obsession once you're the girl not having them! thought Kate. She noticed Jodie's gaze going to her C cups, then looking away.
"Shut up, big tits!"
"They're not that big" corrected Kate, gently hefting them. "You were the one turning them into pumpkins before, so looks like even to you, they're not big enough!"
Jodie blushed and stuttered. "Like... like I care about your... your size! I just wanted to have fun at your expenses! Next time, I'm definitely growing MINE bigger!"
"Don't tell me what your next change will be" laughed Kate "You're making this too easy!"
The two girls walked to school, where they had a pretty common day, even if Jodie was spying for everything Kate was doing, hoping to find what she changed. Kate almost found the new Josh more pleasant, as they could talk more openly about girl stuff, even if Jodie was often bringing back the topic on Kate's breasts, and how she'd grow her own soon, one way or the other. Looks like Josh was more obsessed by boobs than she thought before. But in a way, it was fun to discover this weakness of him that way.
Well the school day ended, on their way back home, Jodie grinned at Kate.
"By the way, I found what you changed."
"You did?" asked Kate. "Make me proud, give me your best shot!" laughed the ginger.
"Sure, I..." began Jodie.
