A competition whereby the loser is transformed by the winner. Only two people who dislike or feel rivalrous toward one another can enter into the competition. Participants will transform a little with each point scored, though in the end the winner will return to normal and the loser will transform completely. Once started there is no backing out. People often enter these competitions not knowing what they are getting into. If you don’t decide what you want before the game then your desires and the nature of the transformations fluctuate with changes in score.
This abacus has ten beads of each primary colour, all on separate poles. You start by sliding all the beads to the left. There are many ways to use the abacus. You can count down from maximum points. You can count up from zero points. You may use the different poles as multipliers i.e. One orange bead and two red beads might be 12 points where orange is ten. As long as you set your rules in advance the abacus will understand. The point is that the abacus keeps score. In fact the abacus will move beads on its own when the points change.
