Kuroko has figured the Level Upper out, it's time to gtfo!
Thank you for the positive reaction. I haven't managed to write much of anything for a good time now, so the inspiration to write this update was rather welcome.
I felt like Kuroko was the best choice to get the "full" version of the Level Upper, being the one most likely to abuse it in lewd ways. She is pretty much the most openly perverted character (as long as she isn't in total public at least) aside from maybe Aogami Pierce. And as much as I like the guy, we know basically nothing about him except the few quotes about him liking everything as long as it is a attractive female.
Not to say that other characters don't have their lewd traits. To give an example, if the Beach ova of the Railgun anime is canon for this storyline, then Uiharu has a bondage and/or [censored] fetish.
Now I just have to think about what skill Kuroko would level to get into Misaka's pants. (Or which skill she is going to try to put onto Misaka as an alternative.) I would also like it to backfire at some point to a degree... maybe involving Touma. The guy has a tendency to appear where chaos and trouble gather.
And do feel free to give suggestions and ideas. I am especially stuck on skills that could have interesting effects if boosted to ridiculous/supernatural levels.

Stealth groping
Does any of this offer inspiration? If not I could always come back and suggest something else.
Oh, these are some nice ideas. If you have any more things you can think of I will certainly appreciate them because there is some interesting possibilities there. Stealth Groping seems especially interesting and may allow for fun things depending on how the writer decides that the "stealth" part works.
Collecting I am a bit unsure of how you mean that? Like, I guess it could allow you to get almost any object/thing once you decide that you want to start collecting it....
I had a bit of an idea for something like Erotic Daydreaming since Kuroko tends to do that anyway. Maybe with the daydreaming slowly infringing upon reality as her Level goes high enough?
And just noticed that they added a tag feature to this place? Interesting.
