Somewhere, an entire population of people (town, nation, or even the world) was affected by a clothing-related curse.
What did this curse do? It made it so that males (high school age and older) developed a slow, but strong desire to crossdress, no matter how much the idea of it turned them off originally. And the more they did it, the more enjoyable it was to them, until eventually, they became full-on crossdressing sissy fems.
So where was this taking place? And who was the first person to be affected by the curse?
