The bodies of the infected will feminize and bimbofy at an exponentially growing rate. As this happens their hunger increases.
They can slow or even reverse the effects by draining masculine energy from others. Some bimbo vampires drain only enough to maintain normalcy. Others will resist the curse until they revert into a near mindless state of overriding animalistic desire.
As for their victims, loss of masculine energy will of course cause temporary feminization. It only last a few days.

Bimbo vampires can choose to infect others if they so wish. Why they do this is uncertain. Usually it's an act of punishment, or they're looking for a shopping buddy, depending what state of bimbofication they are in.
