Simple plastic dolls with big heads. There are an absurd number of different flip-ko figures. People seem to think they're a knockoff of another popular brand of figurines, they are actually something more interesting then that.
If you look at a figurine, and say the name of the character then you flip with the flip-ko. You become the character depicted by the flip-ko, and the flip-ko becomes of chibi depiction of yourself.
It's best not to get aroused while flipped, as the character's personality might influence you
