Reality Deck: One Piece

An unassuming deck of cards that can pop up anywhere anytime close to anyone.

No one can resist the urge to draw at least on card from the deck. Once a card is draw reality is changed in accordance with the card.

If the card says Disco never died and rules the world. The things will get very funky and only the person who drew the card will remember the anything was ever different.

Additional cards can be drawn further changing reality. There are infinite cards in the deck. Changes can be undone by putting cards back in the deck. If all the cards are put back in the deck all the previous changes will be undone and everyone who drew a card will forget about the deck, then it will shuffle flipping the top card and inflicting that change on reality with no one knowing the truth.

Now that deck of cards has appeared in the world of One Piece, with its super powered pirates, whacky weather and geography, and sinister world government.

How does this get started?

1. *Good old character Selector, who finds the deck who draws a card.
2. The deck has been around long enough for at least one card to be drawn, let's see familiar characters in a reality altered from canon
3. Same as two but a character finds one of the drawn cards and becomes aware of the reality before that card was taken from the deck.
4. Reality has been twisted into knots by the drawing of cards we look at the world with very many cards in play
5. Same as 4 but characters have found the deck and ready to return things to normal but what is normal?
