I didn't like doing that, but I do hate to see a good idea going to waste. I hope this inspires someone to push this forward beyond a fate split.
And if people want to continue fate splitting off this while ignoring the retcon, I don't particularly mind. It was a bit of a rude thing to do, and I apologise for it.
Person X: Why can't you be more like, um... this sandwich?
Akane: I'd punch you for being rude, but I'm feeling a bit dry and need to slather myself with mayonnaise. Maybe get a few tomatoes.

Akane: Oooh, and curry powder! Mixed with a dash of horseradish, and peanut butter, and...
Person X: ...Maybe I should get an ambulance on stand-by...
I've mixed curry powder, horseradish, peanut butter and tomatoes. Not so much mayonnaise, though. And not in a sandwich. Stir-fry!
In all honesty, she's probably gonna grab paint thinner and plumber's putty.
