For a few moments Lum considered the odd feeling she felt, as though she had just missed seeing something impossible. Then she let go of the thought and began to contemplate the idea of working with Ataru to make another movie.

She grinned, and restrained herself from giggling as she thought back to the previous movie, and further to all the various schemes she had helped Ataru with since moving to earth. They were so fun! It was one of the few times he really opened up and really shared something with her, a process helped by the fact that Ataru actually reduced his girl chasing when he had a scheme to pursue. Or at least he stopped going out of his way to chase girls.

For an instant Lum thought back to her recent promise to Ataru, but she brushed aside the feeling of oddness once more.

"So Darling, what sort of movie will we be making?! Another Comedy PSA like the Delinquent one? See if we can borrow Mendo's army for a war movie?"

The excitement in Lum's face suddenly increased tenfold as she declared, "OHHH! Maybe we can do a take off on those goofy 'Mars needs wo-man' films. Or if we gender swap it I think I could do a pretty good Kurama impression."

Ataru chortled at Lum's queries, but shook his head. "The problem is we've got a lot more creative freedom for this film, but with 3 months to complete everything, we'll still need to make the film around whoever we get to take part in it."

Lum giggled, "Like the way you used the fact that Mendo, Megane, Perm and the rest all had great comedic timing when they were trying to act seriously?"

Ataru chuckled as well at the recollection. "Exactly, just more so. I know most of the possible actors in Tomobiki, as well as all the local settings for filming, but I'll need to learn a lot more about the Furinkan cast as well what locations are available in Nerima in order to figure out what sort of details to tell the scriptwriters."

"And you've got to figure out if you'll go with scriptwriters from Tomobiki or Furinkan," Lum added thoughtfully.

With a sigh Ataru looked in the direction of Nerima.

1. *Ataru and Lum head to Furinkan and meet with the principal who offers his underground tropical island as well as less helpful suggestions.
2. Ataru and Lum head to Furinkan and meet up with some of the Furinkan students with a keen interest in taking part in the movie making plan.
3. Ataru heads to Furinkan with Lum, and tries to chase girls while keeping Lum ok with it.
4. Someone else from Tomobiki decides to tag along with Ataru and Lum as they head to Furinkan.
5. Ataru suggests to Lum that they split up so she can do some flying surveilence of the area.
