What's that? Even more objects are making their way through the multiverses?
Genetic Dice. A pair of dice that when rolled, will completely rewrite the rollers genetics to transform their body. They can change nearly everything about the persons appearance, and almost never limit themselves to one change. Anything about them is fair game, from race, the measurements, hair and eye color, even gender. Even their history or reputation may change as it makes sweeping changes to reality to match their new form. Only the rollers and those who watched the rolling will retain their memories of the rollers original form. All others will think that this is how they have always been, and their may be sweeping changes to their family members too. Nobody can roll twice, and the numbers that come up don't seem to have any correlation or indication to the change....
Succubus Seeds. A bage of seeds with accompanying straw like pee shooter, you don't plant these seeds in the ground, but in people!. Suck on the seeds to soak them in your saliva then shoot them at a person. When struck, the person will be removed from peoples memories as they transform into your completely harmless pet succubus. As a succubus, they need lots of sex with their master to survive, are completely loyal and obedient to him/her, and any physical or personality and even behavioral changes will be ignored by everyone around them. Those struck will physically transform into succubus parodies of who they truly are on the inside (A girl who acts childish will grow younger looking, a shallow girl who relies on her big tits may find herself with a petite or slim body but enormous breasts that dominate her appearance), while their personalities will invert, releasing their inner desires and fantasies (A intelligent, snooty girl will become a ditzy bimbo while a shy, reserved girl may become a bold and aggressively outgoing nympho). Any man hit by the seeds will transform into a hermaphrodite version of the above.
The other ring of lies. A second, different ring of lies. This one does not follow the ring of truth, instead carving its own path as it travels through the multiverses. Like the ring of truth and ring of lies, it changes reality based on what the wearer says, but unlike the others, not even the wearer realizes that reality is any different than it should be. It also seems to have a mind of its own. While it makes things the wearer says into lies like its sibling ring (If you said that a girl had small breast they would suddenly grow large breasts), however, it doesn't change everything the person says into lies. Instead, it seems to be able to pick and choose things the wearer says to actually make into a lie, depending on what may be more interesting (Or perverted). Perhaps there is a companion, altered version of the ring of truth that follows this other ring of lies?
The Displacement. A person infected with this will find themselves thrust into a neighboring reality where while everything is very similar, their are always a noticeable, major difference. Maybe everyone has giant butts in the new reality, or an identical twin, or are part animal. The person displaced will find themselves changed to match this new reality, and may jump back and forth from their old reality or even to new ones at any moment and seemingly randomly!
Of course, there could be many more objects and things of power out there....
